Dear Customer, Agriplast S.p.a. hereby wishes to provide you with information regarding the processing of your personal data.
- Purposes (and legal bases of processing)
The personal data you provide us as well as those obtained from browsing our website will be used for the purposes of:
providing the website registration service and related services, for preliminary needs for the stipulation of sales contracts, to follow up on them and to protect the credit positions arising therefrom (execution of the contract between the parties); for operational, managerial, administrative and accounting needs, including sending commercial invoices by email (in execution of legal obligations, particularly in tax matters); allowing access and navigation to the sites, processing anonymous statistics on their use, controlling their operation and ascertaining any liability in case of illegal acts (legitimate interest of Agriplast); carrying out marketing activities, commercial information and promotional activities, including those based on profiling, including sending newsletters and advertising material also through messaging applications. The profiling activities that will be carried out will be based on the analysis of browsing and purchasing behavior and used for behavioral advertising purposes (with explicit consent).
The provision of data for the contractual purposes referred to in points a), b) and c) is mandatory (in its absence, it is not possible to follow up on the sales contract and the provision of related services). For the marketing purpose in point d) you will instead be asked to give your consent, without prejudice to the right of revocation at any time (without prejudicing the lawfulness of the previous processing).
- Data communication – Data transfer abroad
The personal data collected may be communicated, within their specific competence, to public administrations for carrying out institutional functions, to banking institutions, to subjects specialized in the management of information systems and/or payment systems, to subjects who provide the goods and services offered by Agriplast s.r.l., to subjects who carry out transport or shipping activities, to subjects that Agriplast s.r.l. uses for carrying out promotional, advertising, marketing and communication activities, to legal and consulting firms, to subjects responsible for keeping accounts or auditing the balance sheet, to public authorities for legal compliance. Personal data will not in any case be subject to dissemination. Within the limits strictly necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship, your personal data may be communicated to third parties, such as by way of example suppliers of products and/or services, located both within the European Union and outside it. Any extra-EU transfer is governed by specific contracts aimed at imposing on the recipient compliance with adequate guarantees provided by current legislation.
- General aspects
The processing of your personal data may consist, in addition to their collection, in their registration, storage, modification, communication, deletion in automated or semi-automated form and their storage will take place in paper and/or electronic/computer/optical form. All personal data processed by Agriplast s.r.l. are protected by adequate security measures, as required by current legislation and for the time strictly necessary to satisfy the purposes referred to in point 1. For the purposes referred to in points a) b) and c) your data will be stored for the period provided by law. For the purposes referred to in point d) the data will be stored until the revocation of consent or the interruption of the contractual relationship. As provided by art. 13 of the GDPR (EU) 2016/679, we remind you that you have the right to request from Agriplast s.r.l. access to your personal data, rectification, deletion of the same (where applicable) or limitation of processing. You also have the right to revoke authorization for the processing of data for which you have given consent, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
